• Please come to the rafting shop on time to enable adequate time for gear fitting and preparation before the river adventure.
• To ensure a safe and enjoyable trip, our experienced guides will perform a comprehensive safety briefing at the rafting shop.
• Take a thrilling whitewater rafting trip via spectacular rapids and scenic river parts.
• Fill up on energy with a lunch by the river.
• After the amazing river adventure, we will head back to the shop to relive the experience by collecting your action-packed photos and videos.

Guidelines:

• The Whitewater adventure package at Davao River has more than 15 sets of class 1-3 rapids. It takes about 3 hours to raft the 13-kilometer stretch of the Davao River from Tamugan Bridge to Lacson Bridge, not including the travel time to and from the downtown area.
• River rafting is an extreme adventure activity with inherent risks and hazards where serious accidents can occur. To reduce the risks, mandatory safety gears are provided and must be worn properly during the activity. Also, safety drills are conducted at the starting area, and participation is important.
• This activity is not recommended for persons with the following conditions: 
  • Expectant mothers
  • Back & neck disorders
  • Heart problems
  • Abnormal blood pressure
  • Motion sickness or dizziness
  • Recent surgery or easily aggravated conditions
  • Extremely contagious illness
  • Persons with disability
  • Inability to follow simple instructions
  • Children below 7 years old
  • Severe asthma
  • Alcohol or drug intoxication
  • Any condition not fit for the activity.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice, especially during special holidays or peak seasons. Any change in price will have no effect on confirmed bookings.
• All rates are inclusive of taxes and service charge, unless specified otherwise.
• 50% downpayment is required to confirm a reservation. Payment may be done through bank transfers, online payment platforms, or other payment options available as indicated on the booking confirmation.
• All bookings made through ETOURS DAVAO INC. are confirmed upon receipt of downpayment and booking voucher.
• Cancellation fees will apply once a tour is confirmed.

  • 30 days prior to arrival date: 75% refund of downpayment
  • 15 days prior to arrival date: 50% refund of downpayment
  • 5 to 14 days prior to arrival date: 30% refund of downpayment
  • 4 days or less to arrival date—no refund

• Please note that we reserve the right to modify itinerary or schedules in response to extenuating circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or force majeure. In such cases, we will provide an alternative itinerary that guarantees the same level of quality and experience as the original plan.
• ETOURS DAVAO INC. reserves the right to cancel any tours without prior notice due to safety or operational issues, force majeure, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour package.
• Please note that all participants in any tour package booked through ETOURS DAVAO INC are responsible for their personal belongings and safety throughout the duration of the tour.
